All web projects require a 30% deposit at the start of the project and the remaining balance on completion.  Your site is then switched on for all to see.

Payments can be made both electronically (credit debit card via secure email invoice payment - please ask for details) or by cheque, or cash.  All payments should be made to Noise Media.

Sites will be developed within a closed environment so the site can be seen before it goes live.  This allows clients to see the site develop and give comment before the site is seen by the WWW.

It is the responsibility of the client to check that material supplied for the inclusion in a web design is free from any copyright restrictions and is able to be used in the design.  All client provided materials remain under ownership of the client and as such clients grant Noise Media permission to use the materials supplied within design products for the client.  Noise Media can not be responsible for any clients breach of copyright, nor will noise media be involved in any dispute with regard supplied materials.  Clients agree to indemnify noise media from any disputes or claims - legal or otherwise, with regards to content (textual or image/video) on clients websites.

You will at every stage of the design process be sent a pdf on-screen proof of your design.  If you require an alteration, Noise media will make the alteration and send you another screen proof, free of charge, until you are happy with your design.  Once print approval has been given and the item is in print, any further changes will incur extra cost as it will allready be at the printing press in process - so check your proof carefully and only ok the design when you are sure all the information is correct (including telephone numbers, your content and offers, addresses etc.)
